 Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be in perfect condition—unused, unworn, unwashed—and must include all original packaging and tags.

2- Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item or size.

If the requested item is not available, you may request a refund and place a new order.

 

 Order Edits & Cancellation

Adding, removing, or modifying items in an existing order is not possible.

We can cancel the order upon request, after which you may place a new one at your discretion. 

6) Full Package Receipt Rule

The package must be received in full or returned in full.

Partial handover is not allowed.
