1) Shipping Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

Please note that working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.

Once the package has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS notification from the courier.

2) Full Package Policy

If an order contains multiple items, it must be received or returned in full.

Partial delivery or partial return is not permitted.

You may:
* Return the entire package through the courier, or
* Refuse the package and place a new order for the items you wish to purchase.
